What is your refund policy?

A student who withdraws prior to or directly after the first class will receive a 100% tuition refund. A student who withdraws after the second class will receive 50% tuition refund. No refund will be issued after the third class. A 30-day notice and withdrawal form is required when withdrawing from our program. Your account will remain active until a withdrawal form is received. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes. We off a gift certificate in any denomination and they can be used toward any classes offered at DCPA.

When is tuition due?

Tuition is due by the first class. Tuition paid after the 10th of the month will receive a $10.00 late fee.

Why do I have to pay a registration fee?

Tuition covers the cost associated with providing quality classes and exceptional facilities. The registration fee covers the cost associated with administrative duties of managing your account.

Do you sell dance attire?

We sell leotards and tights. You will need to stop by the office for order forms.

What is the best way to get in touch with DCPA?

During the busy time of the year, the best way of communicating with us is through e-mail. E-mails are typically answered each day before class begins for the day. We believe in helping our customers that are standing in front of us first so phone calls will be answered when our office staff is not busy helping customers. You may also leave a voice mail and we will return you call as soon as possible.

Is there a family discount?

Yes. A family discount of 10% will be taken off the lowest tuition for two members of the same family; 15% for a third family member and FREE for a fourth family member.

Why am I being charged a late fee?

DCPA must pay its bill on time. If our bills are late we are charged a late fee. Late payments add to our administrative costs. You have until the 10th of the month before a late fee is applied. If you know that your tuition is going to be late, pelase call us to discuss your account.

How do I know if DCPA is closed due to inclement weather?

We advertise weather closings on our voice mail (by 2 PM weekdays / 7 AM Saturdays), KDKA, WTAE and our Facebook Page We do not announce closing on our website.
